About Jonathan
I'm best known as a co-founder of The Skiff coworking community in Brighton, the SussexFounders software business community and DevNest - the World's first Twitter developer meet up hosted in London, New York and San Francisco.
Over the last 15 years I've helped start and grow dozens of businesses. CoverageBook and AnswerThePublic, created with the team at SEO/PR agency Propellernet, are among the most successful. I previously co-founded and sold HowSociable, a social media metrics SaaS, and Life. Time. Value., a conference for digital product businesses owners.
In a previous life I gained firsthand experience of the craziness and stresses of working in agencies and startups. I once built a six-person software development agency (Inuda) and went round the world raising funding for a consumer internet startup (Smidgn).

I consider it my mission in life to help business owners to build long-lasting, low-stress, people-first companies. You can be successful without aggressively chasing growth or aiming for a newsworthy acquisition.
